Grown in the lush volcanic soils of Northern Sumatra and crafted using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulling) method, Sumatra offers an unmistakable Indonesian profile, bold, earthy and beautifully layered.

From the first sip, warm spice notes reminiscent of clove, nutmeg and sweet aromatic wood rise to the surface.
As it opens up, the cup develops into treacle toffee sweetness with a velvety mouthfeel, finishing with rich dark chocolate that lingers long after the last sip.
How to Brew It at Home
Pour Over / Drip Filter
Use a 1:16 ratio, 20g coffee to 320ml water
Choose a slightly coarser grind for sweet treacle notes
Choose a finer grind for a deeper, earthier flavour
