The Coffee House opens new location inside Fishergate Shopping Centre

The Coffee House, a proudly independent coffee chain, is bringing its much-loved handcrafted coffee and fresh food to Fishergate Shopping Centre. Store 31, located on Level 3, will officially open its doors at 8 AM on Saturday, 1st March 2025.
The Warrington-born coffee business has been growing rapidly across the North, gaining a loyal community of customers who appreciate coffee and fresh food. This latest expansion into Preston continues the company’s mission to provide a welcoming space where people can eat, drink, and relax.

We can’t wait to welcome the local community into our newest store and become a part of Fishergate Shopping Centre’s thriving atmosphere.”

Customers can also enjoy a variety of fresh sandwiches, paninis, toasties, and cakes – all handmade daily at The Coffee House’s dedicated Bake House. With vegan and gluten-free options available, there’s something for everyone.

A key feature of every Coffee House location is its locally inspired mural, and the Preston store is no exception. Designed to celebrate the area’s unique character, this special artwork is a testament to the brand’s commitment to community and craftsmanship.

The opening will also create up to 15 new jobs, including positions for a Store Manager, Team Leaders, and Store Members, further supporting the local economy.

All of The Coffee House’s coffee is roasted in-house at their Warrington roastery, ensuring every cup delivers rich, well-balanced flavours with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and bonfire toffee.
