Peru
Our newest coffee launch from Peru brings something completely different to our range.
If you’re used to dark chocolate and nutty coffees, this one offers the exact opposite—bright, fruity, sweet, and full of tropical complexity. With crisp fruit notes, vibrant citrus acidity, and a smooth, syrupy body, it’s a unique cup for those looking to try something a little different.
Grown high in the mountains of Cajamarca at 2,250 metres above sea level, this Yellow Bourbon lot is produced by Norbil Perez, a founding member of the Aromas del Valle co-operative. Using a careful 92-hour dual fermentation process and slow drying on African raised beds, he has created a beautifully clean and complex specialty coffee.
Our ground coffee is perfect for use with Filter, Cafetière, Chemex, Aeropress and V60 dripper equipment – just select your grind type from the dropdown. Unsure which grind type to choose? Read our handy guide here.
Tasting notes: Blackberry, Pineapple, Tropical
Origin: Cajamarca, Peru
